FreeRoomShare is intended for the particular purpose of matching compatible tenants with properties or rooms within properties. Matches will be close or exact to the criteria provided. FreeRoomShare fully agrees to process and match each FreeRoomShare member and will provide qualified matches.

There are no hidden charges that apply to our service. FreeRoomShare has no refund policy of any kind.

FreeRoomShare does not endorse any listing(s); we do not make any representations as to individual character, rental history, credit worthiness or ability to pay rent or provide any accommodation.

FreeRoomShare will not be held responsible for any events that transpire through the use of our service. It is each member's responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective tenant, roommate or landlord. FreeRoomShare is not and will not be responsible for any error or omissions that may occur, consequental or other wise.

FreeRoomShare does not allow and will not be held responsible for any untrue, illegal, racial, abusive or malicious content posted either via dialogue or media upload (please see terms and conditions of use). Members found in breach of this policy will be immediately removed from the FreeRoomShare site and appropriate legal action will be taken. 

FreeRoomShare reserves any and all rights to property and copyright laws. We reserve the right to refuse to list any member for any reason, or to edit content, should we feel it is inappropriate for our service. We will do so especially if any inconsistencies, untruths or any attempt to harass or defraud us or any of our members or potential members are found.

Any member who is de-activated for such reason will not be entitled to any service fee refund of any kind. Furthermore, should infringement and criminal activity violate the integrity of our service or business, we will press charges.

These include: Illegal use of information provided, distribution of any listings for any purpose other than for individual or personal use regarding finding a tenant or property. The use and distribution of the FreeRoomShare name, reputation, information, content in any medium or webpage may not be used in any way other than for personal use in finding a tenant, roommate or property without the expressed written consent of FreeRoomShare as legal recourse will apply.

No Material from www.freeroomshare.com may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of the FreeRoomShare directors. In the event you download software from the site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you but does not transfer title / ownership of the Software to you. You may not re-sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software.

 
Submissions:

All comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information disclosed or offered to FreeRoomShare by this site or in response to solicitations in this site or other sites (collectively, the "Comments") shall be deemed and shall remain the property of  FreeRoomShare. None of the Comments shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Comments.

Without limitation of the foregoing, FreeRoomShare shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Comments of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Comments for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Comments.

Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting tenant matches and property listings available in the United Kingdom or member's selected choice of country.

FreeRoomShare is controlled, operated and directly owned by G & L Networks Ltd. Whoever chooses to access this site from other locations does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance by law.
  

Termination:

This agreement is effective until the end of the terms of agreement stated above. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deactivating your membership on our website, and destroying all materials obtained from any and all FreeRoomShare and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from FreeRoomShare if in FreeRoomShare's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other FreeRoomShare site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall FreeRoomShare be liable for any special or consequental damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if FreeRoomShare or a FreeRoomShare authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Other:

This agreement may be changed at anytime and without notice. However, FreeRoomShare reminds members that checks should be undertaken regularly on potential updates of policies.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws or the laws of the member's selected choice of country in which FreeRoomShare operates, giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. A link to a service or site outside of the FreeRoomShare web site is not an endorsement of the service or site, its content, or its sponsoring organisation. By using this site, you fully understand and accept FreeRoomShare's terms and conditions of use.
